QA/QC Introduction

QA/QC introduction, responsibility of QC department:
1) Mainly be responsible for the quality of the products during the manufacture process, and also in charge of building and improving quality control system
2) Audit tasks, discovering any defective products, and retests them
3) Supervise the quality information of the products
4) Deal with the feedback information from our customers
5) Analysis the quality issues come from the customers and coordinate with them
6) Collection tasks of the batch return of goods due to the quality issues caused by us
7) Documents of quality keeping tasks
8) Audit according to the ISO9000 systems and keep the results
9) Monitored equipments control and set up files in order to ensure that accurate values could be provided test equipment and facilities
